Taste of the Wasatch

Every year for the past ten or so years, Dewey and I have taken a week off and traveled to Park City in Utah. With a relatively slower pace there during the summer months, we enjoy dining, hiking and live music events. We especially enjoy grazing at the annual Taste of the Wasatch at Solitude Mountain Resort and savor some of the best bites of beautifully prepared dishes from many of the area's fine restaurants. This year we are spending our week with friends. The photos are from the 2017 event. Cannot wait!!!

La Caille is an exquisite property with the feel of the French countryside. Twenty-seven years ago, I took Dewey there for dinner. It wasn't quite as developed or as expensive as it is now, but it's still worth a visit.
