Easy Weeknight Dinner
Yes, all of that. And with Italian flavors? Yes. After you prep and brown the meats, this dinner is ready in 15 minutes. FIFTEEN MINUTES! Cook your favorite pasta, orzo (which is also a pasta) or rice. Cook those the night before and reheat while your easy weeknight dinner is coming together, and get ready to sit down to a super-delicious meal. Here's the recipe.

Fifteen minutes? Yes, but you will need time to prep the chicken and brown all the meats, so maybe 30 minutes total. Surely you can do that to feed yourself and your family a home-cooked dinner. I believe in you! I know you can do this, and if you're cooking for one or for two, freeze half of the cooked sauce for an even faster meal another time. Making meatballs takes time. Not really. These are not true meatballs--they're pinched-off bits of Italian sausage, but they flavor the sauce and taste great. You can amend the recipe to make it only with the sausages or only with the chicken. Your call. Your way.

But a jarred sauce is cheating, right? I don't think so. Not when it's Rao's. No junk. No additives and only a few quality ingredients. They don't pay me to promote Rao's--I just think it's a better product. My belief is that when you can afford to cut out steps in cooking, you should always go with quality.
