Refresh Your Week Fruit & Honey Dessert

Today I'm offering this lovely bowlful as a mid-week dessert refresher. But, is it really a dessert? If there's no ice-cream, and you can have it for breakfast, can it also be dessert? I believe that you can eat this anytime you want to and call it the appropriate name for the time and location. I usually call it a refreshing afternoon treat. What would you call it, besides sooooo easy to make?

So, it looks yummy and refreshing, but, how do you get your bowl filled with this refreshing yumm? I'm glad you asked. It is soooo easy. This is a "no recipe" recipe, which means that you can customize the amount of each ingredient to suit your needs. Here's the basic information.

For one serving...or more:
  • sliced strawberries (thick slices)
  • blueberries
  • honey
  • lime juice
  • lime zest
  • plain Greek yogurt

Here's how you assemble this refreshing whatever-you-choose-to-call-it:
  1. Sliced strawberries go into the bowl
  2. Drizzle honey over the berries
  3. Squeeze fresh lime juice over everything
  4. Zest (use a rasp or zester) goes over all of that
  5. Toss it all and watch the honey and lime juice combine into a light syrup filled with nutrition
  6. Add a big spoonful of Greek yogurt
  7. Top it all off with a few (or a lot) of blueberries
E...A...S...Y, right? Try it. You'll agree with me and then call this your favorite pick-me-up on every hump day until eternity unless you don't like blueberries...or strawberries...or honey...or
