Dry January & Clean Eaating

During Dry January, you may also want to simplify your eating by trying some of my RESET recipes. Nutrion-forward, easy to prepare, they also keep well for a few day. Use the leftovers as a side dish to a simply prepared protein or as a healthy snack. You're welcome. (Wink.)

How about a salad that's so nutritious that I named it my Supplements Salad? It's loaded with good things. Everything is available in most grocery stores, and it can be made ahead. Serve it over roasted sweet potatoes or along with an avocado.

My Greek Boiled Salad is far more interesting and delicious than it sounds. It's also very easy to prepare and keeps well for a week. Almost any vegetable (no mushrooms) can be prepared this way.

Perhaps you'd rather have soup? How about Chinese dumplings? Let's ditch the carbs and go for my Naked Dumpling Soup. You may be surprised to learn that you love the bok choy greens and nutrient-dense oyster mushrooms!

Perhaps a simple Pickled Shrimp Salad suits you best at this time. My recipe comes together easily. It's a great work lunch or easy weeknight dinner.
