Stop! Recipe Update

If you've downloaded the recipes for Greek Lemon Chicken and Upside-Down Pear Cake, you'll want to print the updated versions. Mostly, the updates are for clarification in the instructions, but in case you don't question recipes, you may be looking at a disaster for the cake. It turns out that I was typing way too fast and my proofreading skills failed me. I typed 1-4 cups olive oil!!!! instead of the intended 1/4 cup of olive oil. I hope that I've caught you in time.

Epic fail averted...I hope. Now all that's left is for you to bake this cake and enjoy it with loved ones.
