Salmon to Burger--Four Easy Steps
So how is salmon transformed? To a burger? In four easy steps. And the four easy steps? Mix. Pat, Refrigerate. Cook.
Actually, there is a fifth step. Eat the burger.
I know. I get it. Everyone wants to cook burgers on a grill. But what if you don't have a grill or don't want to break out the charcoal? These burgers don't hold up well on a grill, so you don't have to worry about all that. But they're not lacking in flavor because they're cooked in the kitchen on a non-stick pan (or cast iron skillet, if you're adept at using this method).
Look at that beauty! It's delicious and full of nutrition. Loaded with great flavor and easy to prepare. Why wouldn't you want to eat this tonight? Serve it up with a baked sweet potato and turn on your favorite streaming service for an easy dinner and a movie date night...even with yourself. And if you're feeling especially hungry, take a tip from my husband and top off the burger with a devilled egg and a pickle spear!
